About us
A Family Business Built on Careful Work
Family-owned, fully insured and serving Southwest Florida since 2021.
Who we are
P&R General Services is a family-owned home improvement company that has served Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Bradenton and nearby communities since 2021. It is owned by Regenail Thomas, who runs it together with Paloma Thomas.
We install tile, flooring and pavers, paint interiors and exteriors, pressure wash outdoor surfaces and take care of small repairs. We work with homeowners, property managers, realtors, builders and HOAs.
How we work
We are a hands-on family business. That means you talk directly with the people responsible for your project, from the free estimate to the final walkthrough. We are fully insured, and we put every scope in writing before work begins.
Our sister company
The Thomas family also runs P&R Cleaning Maids, a residential and commercial cleaning company serving the same area.
What we believe
The standards behind every project
Do the prep right
Most problems with tile, floors, pavers and paint start with rushed preparation. We take the time to do it properly.
Communicate clearly
A written scope before we start, a confirmed schedule and honest answers when something comes up.
Show up when we say
Punctuality is a form of respect for your time and your home.
Leave it clean
We protect your home while we work and clean up when we finish.
