When you request an estimate, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, city, the type of client you are, a description of your project, approximate size, timeframe, contact preference, whether you opted in to receive offers, how you heard about us, and any photos you upload. Please do not upload photos that show people, license plates or house numbers unless you are comfortable sharing them with us.

- To respond to your request, schedule a visit and prepare your estimate.

- To understand how people find us, so we can improve our website and marketing.
- Text messaging: If you choose to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to communicate about your estimate and project, and, only if you opted in, to send occasional offers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run this website. Our site is hosted by Netlify, and estimate requests are delivered to our inbox through an email delivery service (Resend). Estimate requests and photos are stored in our business email account (Zoho Mail). These providers process information only to deliver their services to us.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising. These may include:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to measure visits, page views and actions such as estimate requests, phone clicks and email clicks.
